نستخدم معلوماتك بس عشان نجهّز طلبك ونوصله لك، ونذكّرك إذا طلبت منا نذكّرك. ما نبيع ولا نشارك بياناتك مع أحد.We use your information only to prepare and deliver your order, and to remind you if you ask us to. We never sell or share your data.
إيش نحفظWhat we keep
الاسم، الجوال، الإيميل، عنوان التوصيل، وطلباتك. ومعلومات كلابك اللي تضيفها أنت (الاسم، الصورة، السلالة، الوزن…). إذا سجّلت بحساب جوجل، ناخذ منه اسمك وإيميلك بس.Your name, mobile, email, delivery address and orders — and the details you add about your dogs (name, photo, breed, weight…). If you sign in with Google we only receive your name and email.
باسبورت الكلبThe dog passport
صفحة الباسبورت تظهر فيها المعلومات اللي أنت تختار تظهرها بس، وتقدر تخفي أي معلومة أو تحذف الكلب بأي وقت. إذا أحد أرسل لك موقعه من الصفحة، يوصلك أنت بس.The passport page shows only what you choose to show; you can hide any detail or delete the dog at any time. If a finder sends a location from the page, only you can see it.
الدفعPayment
الدفع عند الاستلام. وإذا فعّلنا الدفع الإلكتروني، يصير على صفحة شركة الدفع نفسها، وما نشوف ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك.Payment is on receipt. If online payment is enabled, it happens on the payment company’s own page — we never see or store your card details.
